Yoga therapy fundamentally focuses on yoga techniques in relation to how they will specifically benefit individual clients in relation to their health and wellness concerns. Yoga Therapy uses all tools of yoga- pranayama(breathwork), healing sounds, asanas, ayurveda, mantras, and meditation. Therapy can be used to overcome injuries, chronic illnesses, and for pain management.
Kundalini Yoga: a highly spiritual and dynamic practice that uses movement, breath work, chanting, and meditation to effectively stimulate and shift your energy.
Hatha Yoga: practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Children’s Yoga: a blend of active sequences, imaginative adventuress, yoga-inspired games, and a way for them to reconnect with themselves.
